Anyone here " Geriatric first mum"s?

I know that sounds harsh...it is honestly what the midwives would classify me as if I were to bear a child right now. I am 46.
Looking at it all the stats are against me and am prolly wasting my time, but if there is anyone here who managed to have a successful pregnancy after that significant drop in fertility at 45 yr old I would love to hear from you....
