That is so great! I'm thinking that I'm gonna try 2 more IUI's when my periods arrive and if that doesn't work then I'm just gonna save my money and go straight to IVF after the lap surgery to remove the endo. I just hope they don't keep me on the waiting list for too long, the OB said that he's guessing it'll be around Christmas time so hopefully I'll be doing IVF in January. It sounds so far away but I know it'll get here fast. Have you decided how many you're going to transfer? Keep me updated as you go through it all and I'll be praying for lots of A grade embabies! xoxoxo Smile

I know! I am feeling pretty excited and a bit scared, bbut mostly excited!! Our clinic will only let us transfer one emby at a time because of our history and age, but thats fine I'm happy with that for the time being. I will definitely keep you updated!!

I'll be praying for you! I'm sure one will be plenty and hopefully you'll have extras to freeze for later down the track when you want to add to your family. Do you have to go on birth control before starting stims? I'm still really excited for you so I can't imagine how you're feeling! You must be going crazy with emotions! lol! Talk soon! xoxoxo

No I havent had to go on the pill, I will get a blood test on day 21 of my cycle and then start sniffing after that!! I just cant believe its finally all happening after so long!!

Hello Sarah,

now ive registered and all ive been looking for someone like you to talk to as soon as i read your welcome and saw PCOS i knew i had found some help and more importantly support Very Happy

I was diagnosed with PCOS last friday i guess in alot of ways im lucky in that me and my DH were only TTC for 7 months i have been given two cycles worth of a tablet called clomid (know anything about it) and now all i have to do it wait for my AF to start taking them i also have been given a referal to a FS just waiting for an appointment now.
I am so sorry to hear of your M/S they must of been so hard for you i cant imagine dealing with something like that it must of been heart breaking for you and your DH Crying or Very sad

I hope you are ok now and as im new i guess i havent caught up on the latest so if you dont mind me making you for first freind on here i would muchly appreciate keeping in touch with you Wink

Hi Mary! I'm so glad you joined, it really helps to have someone to talk to that knows what you're going through. I'm so sorry that you got that diagnosis. I read your other post and you are right, out of all of the problems, PCOS is supposed to be the easiest to treat so we are lucky in a weird way. I was on clomid as well at the start of my treatments but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I really hope that you have better luck! Smile
